These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NorthPoint Home Comfort website and any quote, booking or service request you submit through it. By using this site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
NorthPoint Home Comfort is a licensed and insured heating, cooling and indoor air quality contractor serving Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Our licence details are listed in the footer of this site.
Instant quotes and online estimates are preliminary and based on the information provided. They are not a binding offer. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after a technician assesses the equipment and site conditions, and you approve that price before work begins. Prices, promotions and equipment availability may change without notice, and promotions cannot be combined unless stated.
Installation work is covered by our workmanship guarantee as stated on your invoice or contract. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, on the manufacturer's terms, and generally requires documented annual maintenance and registration. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, power surges, flooding or other conditions outside our control.
Payment is due as set out in your invoice or contract. Financing, where offered, is provided by third-party lenders on their own terms and subject to their approval. Overdue balances may be subject to interest and collection costs as permitted by law.
By submitting a form or providing your phone number, you consent to be contacted by phone, text and email about your request. Message and data rates may apply and frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details.
If you smell gas, suspect a carbon monoxide leak, or see fire or smoke, leave the building immediately and call 911 and your gas utility from a safe location. This website is not a substitute for emergency services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NorthPoint is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our obligations for work performed are governed by your invoice or contract, not by this website.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version applies whenever you use the site, and the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ontario.
